PAM8302 Audio Amplifier Board
This ultra-small PAM8302 Audio Amplifier Board delivers up to 2.5 watts of power for 4-8 ohm impedance speakers. The inside of the microchip is a Class D controller that can operate from 2.0V to 5.5VDC.
The A and A- inputs of the amplifier pass through a 1.0uF capacitor, so they are completely “differential”. If you don’t have a differential output, just ground the audio pin. The output is Bridge Tied, which means that the output pin is directly connected to the speaker pin and there is no ground connection. The output is a high frequency 250KHz square wave PWM, which is then “averaged” by the speaker coil and does not hear high frequencies.
No filter design:
- This product adopts filterless design. The chip is internally Class D controller, and the output end is equipped with ferrite beads and capacitors, which can effectively extend battery life and improve playback efficiency.
- Multiple protection: This product has built-in overheat protection and overcurrent protection, which makes the operation safer. Don’t worry that it is too hot and affects the use.
- Adjustable volume: This product is equipped with a volume adjustment potentiometer, so you can adjust the input volume on the board from the default 24dB gain.
- Low current consumption: This product has extremely low power consumption when used. It has 4mA static and 1uA shutdown mode, which is very energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
- Easy to use: This product is easy to operate, you only need to connect the output pin directly to the speaker pin and make a ground connection.
