CJMCU-750 SC16IS750 ModuleÂ
The CJMCU-750 SC16IS750 Module have 8 programmable I/O pins for enhanced application capabilities. Designed for handheld and battery operated devices, this product is available in compact HVQFN24, TSSOP24 (SC16IS750/760), and TSSOP16 (SC16IS740) packages. It seamlessly converts protocols from I2C-bus or SPI to RS-232/RS-485 bidirectionally.
While functionally and electrically similar to the SC16IS750, the SC16IS760 sets itself apart by supporting SPI clock speeds up to 15 Mbit/s and IrDA SIR up to 1.152 Mbit/s. On the other hand, the SC16IS740 shares identical functionality and electrical compatibility with the SC16IS750, except for its lack of programmable I/O pins. Additionally, all three versions have a backward-compatible internal register set based on the widely used and popular 16C450.
The versatility of the CJMCU-750 SC16IS750 Module allows for seamless software writing or porting from another platform. Additional advanced capabilities include automatic hardware and software flow control, support for RS-485, and a software reset function. This means that the UART can be reset at any time without relying on the hardware reset signal.
