1 Channel Power Relay Module
This is a 1 Channel Power Relay Module with adjustable timing cycle switches and a digital LED display. It is commonly used for home automation and timer control, and can be powered by either 6-30V or micro USB 5.0V. With an output capability of controlling devices up to DC 30V 5A or AC 220V 5A, it has versatile applications in multiple fields.
Operation Mode is the method by which the system operates. It is important to select the appropriate mode for optimal performance.
Upon receiving the trigger signal, the relay will activate for the allotted “OP” time before disconnecting. During this duration, please follow these steps:
After that the signal is invalid once more.
The signal is re-triggered, resulting in a re-clocking.
The signal has activated once more, causing the relay to disconnect. Please stop the clock.
After the “CL” timeframe has ended, the “OP” timeframe will begin. Once the timing is finished, the replay will be disconnected.
Once the trigger signal is activated at the designated “OP” time, the “CL” time will end and the actions will repeat accordingly. However, if the trigger signal occurs while the loop is in progress, it will interrupt the relay and halt the timer. The user also has the option to set the number of cycles with “LOP”.
There is no need to activate the signal upon turning on the device. The “OP” time will automatically be on while the “CL” time will be off, and this cycle can then be repeated. It is possible to set the number of cycles (“LOP”).
When the signal holding function is activated, timing will be cleared and the relay will remain on. However, once the signal disappears, the relay will turn off after the set “OP” time has passed. Should another signal be triggered during this time, timing will reset again.
Selecting the appropriate time interval:
- Allow me to introduce the parameters: first, we have the OP power over time setting. Then, there’s the turn off time for CL. And lastly, we have the LOP cycle times, which can range from 1 to 999 times. Unlimited cycles are denoted by “—”.
- To choose the parameter set interface mode, simply press the STOP button and then select the desired time.
- The time interval will be s-1 999 s if the decimal point is located in a particular position.
- The decimal place for x is ten, with a time interval ranging from 0.1 s to 99.9 s.
- The decimal point and time interval range from 1 minute to 999 minutes.
To adjust the parameter, follow these steps:
- Initially, 1 Channel Power Relay Module is in operation mode.
- Based on the relay mode, the main interface will indicate the current operating mode by flashing the power module. The standard mode is P1.1 and after that, you will be directed to the main interface. To access the selection interface mode, press and hold the SET key for two seconds. Use the UP and DOWN keys to select from modes P1.1 to P4 for setting purposes.
- After choosing the mode, use a quick SET press to set the corresponding parameter. The desired parameter will then flash (OP power in time; CL power off time; LOP cycle times, “—†for unlimited cycles). Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the parameter value, with option for long press (to increase or decrease quickly) and short press (to adjust by 1 unit). Once the value is set, use a short press on the STOP button to select the decimal place. Choose a time interval between 0.1 seconds and 999 minutes. Use a quick SET press to move on to setting the next parameter in this mode, following the same process as before.
- Following the setting of the mode parameter, hold down the SET button and wait for the current configuration mode to flash. This will direct you back to the main interface. Upon successful definition of the parameter in the main interface, an inactive relay will display “000” (without a decimal point). When the relay is in operation, a decimal point will appear on the screen.
Interface for selecting modes:
- To enter, press and hold the SET key. Once you’ve finished setting, long-press the button on the main interface to return.
- Turn on Relay Mode.
- As the PO has control over time, the relay can be linked.
- 1 Channel Power Relay Module cannot connect in the off condition.
- Basically, on the main interface, pressing the STOP key will allow you to turn ON and OFF. The current state will then flash before returning to the main interface.
- This feature allows for an abrupt halt by simply pressing 1 key to deactivate the relay.
- Activate the sleep setting to put your device in a low power state.
- The C-P Sleep mode automatically shuts off the nixie tube display if there is no activity within 5 minutes. This feature also includes a functional programming option for convenience.
- It may be helpful to imagine this being spoken in a classroom setting or during a presentation
- To switch from C-P to O-d, simply press and hold the STOP button for 2 seconds. The current state will briefly flash before returning to the main interface.
- The passive relay contact controls the on/off function of one channel in electricity production.
Included in this product are various characteristics of 1 Channel Power Relay Module
- Once the optocoupler isolation is established and parameters are set, they will remain in memory, enhancing its anti-interference capabilities.
