1S 5A 18650 Li-ion Battery Protection Board
The BMS (Battery Management System) is specifically engineered to oversee battery conditions, regulate the charging and discharging procedures, and more.
The 1S 5A 18650 Li-ion Battery Protection Board module includes pre-soldered nickel strip for easy use with a single 18650 rechargeable cell. It is equipped with protection against short circuit, overcharge, and over-discharge. One of its key features is the ability to automatically shut off power to the batteries once they reach full capacity. Designed for durability, this BMS controller can operate for over 30,000 hours. The maximum current allowed is 5A.
If the supply voltage exceeds its maximum allowable level, the charge controller will enter “protection” mode. For 1S 5A 18650 Li-ion Battery Protection Board to be reinstated, either voltage must be reapplied to the BMS board or one must wait for the charge controller to automatically disable protection.
Instructions for wiring:
- -B: Attached to the battery’s positive terminal.
- -B-: Negative terminal of battery connected.
- For the positive input-output of the battery pack.
- For the negative output-input of the battery pack.
