The 2 x 1.5V AA Battery Holder Without Cover is versatile and can accommodate various types of batteries. It can create a rechargeable battery pack with NiMH / NiCd cells for a 3.0V output, or a 9V battery pack with alkaline cells. Additionally, it is suitable for use with single-use batteries for small DIY projects. This holder arranges the batteries in series, resulting in double the voltage of an AA battery (approximately 3.0V).

Included is a wire with an exposed end that has been soldered in place.
