3S 40A 11.1V 12.6V 18650 LIPO BPBÂ
The 3S 40A 11.1V 12.6V 18650 LIPO BPB is equipped with AUTO Recovery and Integrated 10 low load resistance MOS tube, making it suitable for use in Drill Motor Lipo Cell Modules. It also has a balance function at 11.1V and 12.6V, along with a recovery function.
This power source delivers a consistent output of 40A, with a balanced current of 100mA, suitable for use with electric drills, sprayers, LED lights, and low-power inverters. Should the cooling environment be insufficient, it is advised to lower the load current.
The nominal voltage of lithium batteries, such as the 18650, 26650, and polymer types, ranges from 3.6V to 3.7V. The recommended charging voltage for these batteries falls between 16.8V and 18.1V. For optimal performance, 3S 40A 11.1V 12.6V 18650 LIPO BPB can handle a continuous charge current of up to 20A. The balanced version is ideal for starting currents under 80A and power levels below 135W when used with a drill that has balance capabilities.
3S 40A 11.1V 12.6V 18650 LIPO BPB has a compact size of approximately 46 x 60 x 3.4 mm, making it easy to install on the battery bundle or in a small space.
Included in this product are a variety of attributes to enhance your experience.
- This 3S 40A 11.1V 12.6V 18650 LIPO BPB (with recovery function-AUTO Recovery) safeguards the battery with specifications of -3S, 11.1V, 12.6V, and a maximum output of 40A.
- This application is compatible with 3.6V and 3.7V lithium batteries, including but not limited to models such as 18650, 26650, and polymer lithium batteries.
- The maximum continuous discharge current is 40A, but if the cooling conditions are not ideal, it is advisable to decrease the load current.
- Maximum continuous charge current: 20A.
- Ideal for drills with a starting current of less than 80A and power below 135W.
- To ensure a successful start, either three 15C-20C power batteries or six 10C-15C power batteries are necessary for the drill (please note that ordinary 18650 batteries will not suffice).
- According to the map wiring, be sure not to intentionally create a short circuit when dealing with 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V, and 16.8V.
- To prevent reverse spikes from damaging the MOS tube, it is recommended to connect a non-polar capacitor (rated above 25V and with a capacity of 10uF-100uF) to both terminals of the brush motor when in use.
- Please ensure that the voltage of each group of batteries in series is consistent. If there are discrepancies, please individually charge each battery before using them in series. During the discharge test, if a particular group has a faster voltage drop, it indicates a poor battery.
