ACS712 30A Current Sensor Module

The ACS712 30A Current Sensor Module range utilizes a precise, low-offset, linear Hall circuit featuring a copper conduction path near the die’s surface. As current passes through this path, it produces a magnetic field that the Hall IC then converts into a proportional voltage.

Being able to detect and manage the flow of current is essential in various applications such as over-current protection circuits, battery chargers, switching mode power supplies, digital watt meters, and programmable current sources.

The ACS712 30A Current Sensor Module utilizes the ACS712 sensor to precisely detect both AC and DC currents.

The highest detectable current, whether AC or DC, is 30A and can be measured using the analog I/O port on an Arduino.
