BW10 BW12 WiFi wireless module
BW10 BW12 WiFi wireless module is powered by the Realtek RTL8710BX, a high integration low power WIFI system chip. It features an ARM-Cortex M4F core MCU with a maximum speed of 125MHz and ample memory space of 512KB ROM and 256KB SRAM. The chip also includes expandable FLASH, Wi-Fi MAC/BB/RF/PA/LNA components. It supports standard IEEE802.11 b/g/n protocol with a data rate of up to 150Mbps and has a complete TCP/IP protocol stack. Along with a built-in PLL, voltage regulator, and power management components, the Raychem 8710 is a complete and independent WiFi network solution that can also function as a slave on other host MCUs.
The Raychem 8710 has the unique capability of being booted directly from external flash memory while being powered by an application. This eliminates the need for additional application processors in the device. The built-in cache further enhances its performance and reduces memory usage. In terms of functionality, it can also act as the wireless access point for WiFi adapters in other devices. Its seamless integration makes it suitable for any microcontroller-based design, allowing for effortless connectivity via SPI/SDIO or I2C/
