Description

DC 12V Triggering Switch Relay Module

DC 12V Triggering Switch Relay Module utilizes the NE555 Timer IC and a high-performance timing CPU to create the DC 12V Switch Delay-Relay Module. With an adjustable delay time of 0~25 seconds, it features a power indicator LED and LEDs to indicate the switch trigger timing.

This timing system can be utilized for a wide range of durations, ranging from microseconds to long hours. It is particularly useful for preventing car ignition delays and protecting components and devices from damage caused by high sudden currents.

The NE555 integrated circuit is the foundation of this monostable generator. With an adjustable delay time of 0 to 10 seconds, the potentiometer or changes in capacitance can be used. Additionally, it has the capability to control devices that are below 220V/10A.

The NE555 is a reliable tool for creating precise time delays or oscillations. It also has the option for additional triggering or resetting. In time delay mode, an external resistor and capacitor control the exact time. For astable operation, two resistors and one capacitor accurately regulate the free running frequency and duty cycle. This circuit can be triggered and reset with falling waveforms, and its output can either source or sink up to 200mA or drive TTL circuits.

Kindly take note of the following statement.

The FL-3FF-S-Z relay module is currently in stock.

This external delay module operates by receiving a signal trigger.

When providing power to the module, either 12V or 5V, the relay will immediately pull in. This will result in the module’s output having a common conduction for the normally open state and a common disconnect for the normally closed state.

The relay will experience a delay of 0-25 seconds before breaking. At this point, the module’s output status will be normally open and disconnected from the common connection, or closed and conducting with the common connection.

Continue to stay disconnected until the external signal is activated and the relay engages once more.

Following a successful trigger and delay, the relay will break 0-25 seconds later. It is important to note that if the trigger signal remains, the relay will continue to be attracted until the signal disappears, at which point the DC 12V Triggering Switch Relay Module will begin its delay of 0-25 seconds before switching off. At this stage, the relay returns to its trigger state and is typically switched off using the common and normally closed terminals connected to it.

DC 12V Triggering Switch Relay Module trigger signal can be supplied by a separate power supply system, and its versatility allows for triggering with either a high or low level pulse. However, the power supply module itself cannot act as a power supply system.

These are applicable for robotics.

  • Lights used in the automotive industry.
  • Smart product development
  • The automation machinery
  • Development of PLC
  • The Building
  • An anti-theft alarm is a security feature that detects and discourages potential theft attempts. It serves as a protective system against burglary or unauthorized access to a property.
  • Advancements in technology and related fields.

The characteristics of DC 12V Triggering Switch Relay Module include:

  • Precision Pulse Generation.
  • Modifiable Duty Cycle.
  • Monostable operation is characterized by a single stable state.
  • In standby mode, there is zero power consumption.
  • Outstanding temperature stability of 0.005% per degree Celsius.
  • There are endless resources for applications and information.
  • The DC 12V Triggering Switch Relay Module provides a diode equipped with anti-reverse power connection.
  • The duration can be changed through a potentiometer, with the preset being between 0 and 25 seconds.
  • The optocoupler isolation in our signal side design allows for adapting to both high and low level control signals, making it suitable for industrial control with strong anti-interference capability.
  • DC 12V Triggering Switch Relay Module can continue to be triggered multiple times, for example, by setting a 10-second delay in the trigger action. Once the action is triggered again within the 10-second delay period, it will repeat the cycle with another 10-second delay. This process will continue until the final trigger takes precedence and resets the 10-second delay. After each delay, the cycle will repeat itself.
