There are two buttons on the left side of the module, one for IN/OUT and one for ON/OFF. The IN/OUT button is used to switch between displaying the input voltage and output voltage. A long press will change the display to show the output current and output power. The ON/OFF button is used to control whether the output is turned on or off. A long press allows you to set the default output state for the next time it is turned on to either ON or OFF.
DC BUCK Constant Voltage Current LCD Display module’s right side has two buttons: ‘+’ and ‘-‘. Press the ‘+’ to increment the output voltage by 0.05V, and hold for a continuous increase. Alternatively, press and hold again for a slow step increase of 0.1V or 1V. To decrease the output voltage, use the ‘-‘ button to reduce it by 0.05V with a long press, or continuously decrease it with another long press using steps of 0.1V or 1V.
The ADJ-I is a potentiometer for setting the current. Turning it clockwise increases the set current. Once the load current reaches this point, the constant current mode is activated and the CC indicator (red) lights up. The ON indicator serves as an output status indicator, turning on when there is voltage output and off when there isn’t. On the other hand, the CHAR indicator functions as a charging indicator, illuminating during charging. When the set constant current value is 2A, the FULL lamp turns on once the charging current drops below 0.2A and at this point, the CHAR lamp turns off.
