This compact DC to DC Mini Buck Aeromodelling Module, measuring only 20 * 20 * 5 and weighing less than 10 grams, is perfect for high current applications where space is limited, such as aviation models. It utilizes an imported master control chip with a fixed oscillator frequency of 1.2 MHZ and internal low on resistance (Ron) MOS tube for stable and efficient performance. For added safety, this module also features over-temperature and over-current protection functions. Specification details include: non-isolated step-down (BUCK) design, non-synchronous rectification, input voltage of 4.75V-24V, output voltage range of 0.92V-15V, maximum output current of 2A, conversion efficiency up to 95%, switching frequency of 1.2MHz, output ripple of maximum 30mV, load regulation within ±0.5%, voltage regulation within ±2.5%, operating temperature range of -40 ℃ to 85 ℃ , and size of 20 * 20 * 5mm.
