KY-016 RGB 5MM 3 Color LED Sensor
Included in this module is a 5mm RGB LED along with three 150? resistors designed to protect against burnout. By altering the PWM signal on the individual colour pins, a variety of colors can be achieved.
Introducing the KY-016 RGB 5MM 3 Color LED Sensor Module. By adjusting the PWM, a variety of colors can be created by blending three primary colors.
To set up the KY-016 RGB 5MM 3 Color LED Sensor, attach the R pin to pin 11 on the Arduino, B to pin 10, and G to pin 9. Also, make sure to connect ground (-) to GND. Please note that additional limiting resistors are not necessary as they are already built into the board.
Diagram for Connection:
- The connection between DIP 3 Color LED Module and Arduino can be established through pin configuration.

- The ground, or GND, is the reference point for electrical circuits. It provides a common return path for electric currents and is usually connected to the negative terminal of a power supply.
- Utilizing full-color LED plug-ins.
- In order to avoid burnout, a limiting resistor should be utilized for RGB trichromatic components.
- Featuring a diverse range of single-chip interfaces.
- By adjusting the PWM, a variety of colors can be achieved through the combination of three primary colors.
- The operating voltage is 5V.
