Mics-4514 Gas Sensor Module
A Mics-4514 Gas Sensor Module is the detection of pollutant emissions from automobile exhausts, the MiCS-4514 combines two independent sensing elements in one package.
There are three independent gas detection components integrated into the silicon gas sensor chip structure, including a sensitive micromechanical diaphragm, an upper sensing layer, and an embedded heating resistor. Automobile exhaust can detect industrial and agricultural exhausts in harsh environments.
