MQ-9 Gas Sensor Module

MQ-9 Gas Sensor Module detects Carbon Monoxide and Methane gas. The MQ9 sensor is made of SnO2, which has a lower conductivity in clean air.

As the sensor’s conductivity increases with the increase in gas concentration, it makes detection by cycling high and low temperatures.

In high temperature (heated by 5.0V), it detects combustible gas (methane, propane, etc.) and cleans the other gases adsorbed under low temperature.
