N76E003AT20 Development Board

Introducing the N76E003AT20 Development Board, built with a 51 C51 core and equipped with an expansion board that supports 8051 STM8S003F3P6 single chip. This versatile board also includes UART, SPI, IIC, and I2C capabilities.

The N76E003 is a high-speed MCU from the Nuvoton 1T 8050 series. It offers 18KB of flash memory and customizable data, along with a generous 1KB of SRAM storage. This versatile product boasts a wide operating voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V and can handle temperatures from -40°C to 105°C with ease. Not only that, it also has high protection against ESD with up to 7KV immunity on the left side. In addition, this powerful microcontroller comes in a compact 20-pin package and supports up to 18 I/O peripherals, including dual serial ports, SPI, I2C, and a six-channel PVM output. Its advanced features also include a built-in high-precision RC with less than 2% error rate and an impressive eight-channel, 12-bit ADC for high-resolution data collection. And that’s not all – the N76E003 also offers self-wakeup and undervoltage detection capabilities for added convenience. Available in both TSSOP20 (4mm*6.5mm) and OFN20 (3mm*3mm) packages, this MCU not only delivers efficient performance

The STM8S003F3P6 has a total of 20 pins, able to handle up to 16 GPIOs and 16 external breaks.

Both 16-bit timers (TIM1 and TIM2) have the ability to produce a maximum of 3 pulse width modulation signals as outputs.

This device features a 5 channel ADC with compatibility for SPI, I2C, and UART protocols. It also comes equipped with an 8KBYTE FLASH, 1K RAM, and 128 BYTE EEPROM. In addition, it has an integrated 16M high-speed oscillator and includes WDG functionality.
