The STM32F103xC, STM32F103xD and STM32F103xE performance line family features a powerful 72 MHz ARM® Cortex®-M3 32-bit RISC core. This is complemented by high-speed embedded memories, including up to 512 Kbytes of Flash memory and 64 Kbytes of SRAM, as well as an array of advanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. Additional features on all devices include three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers and two PWM timers. The line also offers multiple communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, I2S, SDIO, USARTs, USB and CAN.
