Text To Speech synthesis module
Text to speech is a system in which any text is converted to speech by the process of text normalization or pre-processing. Any given input text from TTL we can get speech. It is different from voice play back module where we can play only the recorded voice. Since it is not playing recorded voice there is no limitation of words.

PIN CONNECTIONS:
- 5 volt power supply
- Gnd
- Tx pin
- Rx pin
CONNECTION STEPS:
- Connect 5V power supply to Text to speech module.
- Connect the Tx of the module to Rx of TTL board and Rx of the module to Tx of TTL board and ground the module.
- Connect the speaker to the audio jack.
- The status LED and power LED in the board will blink.
- A default voice is heard in the speaker.
- Open the output terminal in PC, when @ symbol is given to make the system ready to convert text to speech.
- Any text is typed in the terminal followed by pressing a enter key.
- It will be heard and simultaneously shown in the terminal.
- Any UART interrupt will affect the output.
APPLICATION:
- Translate digital text into spoken word
- Reducing paper use due to printing digital text
- Allow auditory rather than visual consumption of a digital text
