The ultrasonic flow meter sensor is made up of various components, such as a piezoelectric ceramic plate, matching materials and shielding layer, and a shell. The top of the piezoelectric ceramic piece holds a signal processing board, on which two electrodes are welded. Additionally, the side below has an electrode that connects to a shielding wire. In the middle of the signal processing board, electronic components are welded, and the cavity of the shell is filled with sealing rubber. Ultrasonic Flow Meter Sensor not only ensures consistent intensity and frequency of signals from the ultrasonic transducer, but also offers durability and resistance to factors such as corrosion, high voltage and temperature. It also maintains high conversion efficiency and consistent performance in challenging conditions.
