YZC-133 Weighing Load Cell Sensor
The YZC-133 Weighing Load Cell Sensor, also known as a strain gauge, is designed to detect up to 20 kg of pressure and convert it into an electrical signal. It works by measuring the change in electrical resistance that is directly proportional to the applied force or pressure on the bar.
The YZC-133 Weighing Load Cell Sensor 20kg is a versatile tool that allows you to accurately determine the weight of objects, track changes in weight over time, or detect the presence of an object by measuring strain or load on a surface. Made from durable aluminum alloy, this straight bar load cell can measure up to 1kg of weight with precision.
The device is equipped with four lead wires that can be linked to the HX711 A/D Pressure Sensor. It operates smoothly with a driving voltage of 5-10V and generates an output voltage in response to applied force.
To install the Sensor, simply fix one end through the screw hole and leave the other end to float. Pay close attention to the label indicating the direction of gravitational force, and avoid pushing directly on the white plastic cover to prevent damage.
An electronic weighing machine utilizes a load cell to gauge the pressure or load generated by the object. This is usually achieved through the strain gauge method, where the force is converted into an electrical signal. Most load cells consist of four strain gauges arranged in a Wheatstone bridge configuration.
When we load the strain gauge, it causes a change in resistance, resulting in a corresponding change in the output voltage of the load cell. This allows us to accurately measure the applied load.
